Do you also work as Developer / Builder?

We are no developers, but do provide assistance as per client requirements.

Do you provide Residential Real Estate services?

We cater to only commercial property requirements i.e office space (IT / Non IT), industrial shed, land parcels, warehouse etc.

I have a requirement for a Commercial Space outside Pune. Can you still help me?

We have our associate offices present in other cities including – Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad , Hyderabad etc and would be open to discussion

What is your expertise in Liasioning with the Government authorities and MIDC for the proposed transfer?

Since we have a strong relationship with external agencies who are competent in liasioning, we will outsource the liasioning to them and the compensation charges for the same would be taken care of by you.

Can you help us with Project Management services as well?

We do not directly involve ourselves in project management or other support services, but we can refer trustable sources known to us who can assist in services like project management, liaison, concept design, power clearance, labor clearance, liaisoning architects etc.

Do you provide Facility Management services?

No, we haven’t involved ourselves in facility management services.

How long will it take for Property Terminus to start acting upon our Commercial Space requirement?

We have a strong back-end data support team who cater to the requirements of the office space and industrial vertical. Hence, we would be glad to start the assignment with immediate effect, once the award of contract has been announced.

We need a market study report of a specific area. Can you provide such report?

Yes, we have strong research team which can help create a detail report considering all the statistics and parameters according to your specifications.
